Referral Bonus
For every new paid subscriber referred by you, you will receive a referral bonus equal to 10% of the subscription fee (excluding GST) paid by the new subscriber.
The referral bonus is paid as a token of appreciation for introducing Equity Midas to investors who may find value in our research and investment philosophy.
How to Refer Someone
Referring someone is simple.
- Introduce the prospective subscriber to us directly, or
- Ask them to mention your name during the subscription process.
Once the subscription is successfully completed and the referral is verified, the referral will be recorded under your account.
Referral Bonus Payment
Referral bonuses are typically processed after the subscription window closes and all subscriptions have been reconciled within 30 working days.
The payment schedule for each investment year will be communicated separately to eligible subscribers.
Referral bonus payments may be made through UPI or bank transfer based on the payment details available with us.
Is the referral bonus a recurring payment?
No. The referral bonus is a one-time payment made for introducing a new subscriber to Equity Midas.
The bonus is paid only once for each referred subscriber, regardless of how many years they continue to renew their subscription in the future.
For example, if a subscriber joins Equity Midas through your referral and subsequently renews their subscription for multiple investment years, the referral bonus will be payable only on their initial subscription and not on any future renewals.
Track Your Referrals
Subscribers can log in to the website and access “My Referrals” page to view:
- Referrals credited to them
- Referral bonus amounts
- Payment status
- Referral payment history

Who is eligible to receive a referral bonus?
Any Equity Midas subscriber whose referral results in a successful paid subscription may be eligible for the referral bonus.
What qualifies as a successful referral?
A referral is considered successful when the referred person completes the subscription process and the referral can be reasonably attributed to the referring subscriber.
Can multiple subscribers claim the same referral?
No. In the event of a dispute, Equity Midas reserves the right to determine the referring subscriber based on the information available.
When will referral bonuses be paid?
Referral bonuses are generally paid after the subscription period closes and subscription records have been verified within 30 working days.
Is the referral bonus guaranteed?
Equity Midas reserves the right to verify all referrals before approving and processing referral bonus payments.
Is the referral bonus a recurring payment?
No. The referral bonus is a one-time payment applicable only to a subscriber’s initial subscription to Equity Midas.
No referral bonus is payable on subscription renewals in subsequent investment years, even if the subscriber originally joined through your referral.
